I advised I do not consider that grant of duty pay to Cadet officers holding post of Asst Land Officer necessarily arises a similar case of grant to Mr Jacks.
Whether Almere is reason for increasing his salary is considered on the ground that it is inadequate for the work he is performing. If it appears that the best course is that the increase take time of duty into care, my opinion be shown that it should be granted.
